Social Housing
Demand for social housing in Fife is extremely high with limited availability.
We find that people who apply for our social housing are unaware of the range of other options available. Before you apply we recommend you complete our Housing Options Plan. This provides you with information on all options suited and available to you, based on your own personal circumstances.
Realistically, if you do choose to apply for social housing you may wait a long time to be housed, so we encourage you to explore all options that are available.
If you are a social housing tenant already, mutual exchange is a great option worth considering as it puts you in control.
